Announcement of ALSA acquiring of three entities of Harsha Group.
We are pleased to announce that we have recently acquired three entities of Harsha group, a company specialised in manufacturing and supply of fabricated constructed customised equipments.
Together we are uniquely positioned to serve the oil and gas sector with our common objective of delivering projects on time with high client satisfaction. The combined company will operate under the name ALSA Engineering Heavy Industries L.L.C and headquarters will be based in Abu Dhabi.
ALSA is fully committed to meet and exceed the various expectations of our business partners. We have been certified by Lloyd’s with accreditations such as ISO:9001, ISO:14001 and OHSAS:18001 as well as registered with ASME for ‘U’, ‘R’, ‘S’ and ‘PP’ stamps.
ALSA organized the X'mas and New Year 2010 celebration at its camp at Asab, where the whole ALSA family with old friends and colleagues gathered together on the dusk of the year 2009 and welcomed the dawn of year 2010. The celebrations were filled with colorful and enthusiastic events organized by our team of staff and workers, delighting our hearts and minds.
ALSA as a family organizes family meets at regular intervals where the staff along with their families get together involving in cultural events, sports and skits, filled with laughter and joy.
Upgraded Accreditations
ALSA has upgraded the accreditations to the latest standards ISO 9001 : 2008, ISO 14001:2004 & OHSAS 18001:2007. Certificates were issued by LRQA on 12.11.2009.

Our Pre-qualification with the above Onshore Operating companies of ADNOC Group covers disciplines such as Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation & Cathodic Protection works related to stations and Off Plot Projects.
Alsa Engineering & Construction Co. is currently executing the Engineering, Procurement and Construction works for the Phase 1 part of the project wherein a 36" pipe line (approximately 16 Kms) is being installed, connected to the existing 24" Maqta - Taweelah gas line for the supply of gas to EMAL.
ALSA Monthly HSE Award - Taweelah Site
On 18th of May 2009, Alsa Engineering & Construction Co. has conducted a Safety All Hands Meeting on the subject “Heat Stress” at Taweela Site - Abu Dhabi, for the Project No. 7015 “Supply of sales gas to EMAL – New 36” pipeline” . Certificates and Safety Awards for the selected personnel for “Best Welding Crew” for the month of April 2009 were given away in this occasion.
ALSA Safety Meeting at Asab Site- Abu Dhabi
On the 3rd of August 2007, Alsa Engineering & Construction Co. has conducted a Safety Meeting at Asab Site - Abu Dhabi, in view of achieving 956,574 Man Hrs without any LTI’s for the Project Construction of Oil Flowlines & Wellhead Installations in ADCO Oil Fields. Contract No. 6632.01 / EC 10467 in presence of ADCO Head Of Construction and his team. Certificates and Award for the selected personnel for the “Man of the Month Safety Award” for the months June & July 2007 were given away in this occasion.
Onam Festival - 2007
On the 30th of August 2007, Alsa Engineering & Construction Co. celebrated Onam Festival at Asab Site – Abu Dhabi in a grant manner well organised by our team with very good team Spirit. It was really a colourful gathering which gave an opportunity to all our family members and old friends to enjoy the time together.
